This wedding was shared with us by Kate and Becky’s amazing photographer – Anete Lusina of Lusina photography
The details of this wedding are amazing – we absolutely love the typing machines, seating plan and all the foliage! Such a wonderful day.

Kate and Becky met in Beijing, currently live in Cambodia and got married in Nottinghamshire.

We got married at The Pumping House, which is a beautiful converted pumping station on the edge of Sherwood Forest.
Jo (the Venue Manager) was incredible. Very organized and just lovely.

We wanted our day to be a relaxed, fun affair. It was so much fun to have our beautiful family and friends from all around the world gathered together to celebrate with us. Our beautiful friends conducted the ceremony for us. We decided to have long, family style dining, which made for a lovely atmosphere. Our decorations were based around an industrial theme.

We mostly bought our own decorations, and borrowed a few from The Pumping House.

Jenny at The Flower Barn provided our beautiful flowers as well as the eucalyptus vines decorating our long tables.

The planner, Amy Thorne from Amaranthyne Weddings was absolutely wonderful. We loved working so closely with her to create our dream day. We live in Cambodia, so Amy planned and arranged everything for us – keeping in close contact by email and regular Skype calls. She is incredible.

We were introduced to the lovely Anete through our wedding planner, and were thrilled with the images she captured. She offered us an engagement photoshoot, which we took around Lincoln Cathedral and castle. It was wonderful to meet her and Geoff before the big day, they chatted to us and put us at ease, this really helped us to relax on the wedding day.

Anete and Geoff’s photos were stunning. Looking back through our photos is like we are reliving the day all over again. Their style and eye for detail are the best we’ve ever seen.

Gail Dandy catered our wedding – the food was beautiful; a sharing platter of cold cut meats and cheeses, and a delicious lamb tagine for main course.

There was no wedding cake as such, instead our guests brought desserts.
