We are long time friends

DO YOU WANT TO TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROPOSAL?

I (Filippo) have had the idea of proposing to Luca for a long time. I wanted to be something special though and I wanted it to be captured in photo so that we could cherish all those memories forever. So I asked Matteo, our photographer, to help me plan the whole shoot, together with some of his trusted vendors.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR SHOOT IN ONE SENTENCE?

It was absolutely breathtaking and unique.

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION FOR THIS SHOOT?

We picked natural surroundings for our shoot as we love hiking and being outdoors. We got inspired by the amazing view from the Pianoro del Mottolone (Padua) and Anna, the designer and owner of Crinolina Weddings, together with Sania, pastry chef at DaZero Offelleria, made all the magic. Anna used muted and earthy colours paired with natural element such as linen and wicker so that everything could come together as a coherent set. Sania baked some amazing Sicilian Cannoli and Babas that where the perfect paring to a good glass of Prosecco.

TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOUR WEDDING PLANS

We are still busy trying to figure out a date for our wedding. We don’t want Covid-19 to ruin our big day so we’d rather wait a bit longer but be sure that everything is as we desire. All we know is that it’s gonna be epic!
